Those flashing lamps on the front of bicycles certainly do their job. Couldn’t miss the one behind me this morning as illumination bounced off the wing mirror of the car as the cyclist overtook me several times (got to love the rush hour commute), but have these uber-noticeable lamps been tested against the potential for triggering epileptic fits. Bloody contraption let my cranium aching and I fortunately don’t suffer such a malady. Roads a problematic enough without susceptible individuals having their brains fried by a visual variation of the taser.
